About Us

This three story Brick and Stone building completed in June 2018 is the first green commercial office building in Creve Coeur. This building was constructed with green concepts in mind. It features solar panels generating on average 2.5 Mega Watt Hours of energy per month, geothermal heating and cooling systems and LED lights throughout the building.

The total square footage of the building is 16,566. The interior of the building is class A finish with 3 cm thick granite floors and marble walls. The third floor is leased to Center for Reproductive Medicine and Robotic Surgery. The first and second floor, each with 6000 sq feet approx. is available for long term lease.

Green Business award 2018

Due to the high energy efficiency of the building with very minimal carbon foot print, the building received the Green Business award from the City of Creve Coeur for 2018. Instead of a traditional HVAC system, the building has a geothermal system that heats and cools the building using 22 tons of geothermal units, reducing energy costs by 30 to 70 percent. The building’s solar power system has over 60 solar panels positioned on the roof, estimated to offset 38,000 pounds of carbon dioxide per year.
